Frank H. Schwartz and James F. Schwartz Grave Markers

This grave marker which is at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, located at 179 Hackensack Avenue, Hackensack, New Jersey reveals that Frank H. Schwartz served in the United States Navy during World War II and died at the age of 79. 

Frank H. Schwartz’s name was not on the Original Wall Unit List, but this confirms his connection to Hackensack by being buried within its borders since passing and forevermore.

An interesting note, Frank H. Schwartz’s grave marker was just below James F. Schwartz, who received a
Purple Heart during the Vietnam War, which leads one to believe they are father and son. 

Let us never forget the family sacrifice.
